QMS & Compliance Associate, Nordic

As QMS & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high quality in the Nordic region and ensuring Novartis is always ahead of the game.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates living in Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark)

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Handling of deviations and change requests
• Conducting GxP monitoring, QA investigations for non-compliance and support the organization resolving issues
• Ensuring that all aspects of the handling and distribution of pharmaceutical products in the country comply with the requirements of the Novartis Quality Manual and Policies and meet all relevant cGMP regulatory and legislative requirements
• Ensuring that a local Quality System and Standard Operating Procedures are in place for all cGMP/GDP related activities and that compliance with cGMP/GDP regulations is maintained through training and internal audits
• Ensure compliant management of GxP vendors by proper qualification and continues qualification and management of quality agreements.
• Maintaining current knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative requirements and trends to ensure that technical support on all quality related matters is provided to the country
• Responsible for preparing, conducting and follow up on GMP/GDP audit & inspections
• Conducting local self inspection of the Nordic Organization

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• MSc in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent scientific degree
• Minimal 3 years experience in Quality or previous experience desirable
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with GMP regulations or within a GMP environment
• Knowledge and interest in training & document management advantageous
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken) essential
• Experience of working with other business functions/cross-functionally
• Your residence is any Nordic country (Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark)
